Stephanie Sterling

I'm Stephanie Sterling from Virginia and an internet-work-marketing business coach and trainer. I've worked from home, full time since 1998. One year later I decided to take my home business online and have spent the last several years and learning what works and what doesn't work.

In 2003 I was searching for a company that better fit my values and goals and especially my desire to teach others how to succeed in a home based business. I became an Independent Distributor for a Gourmet Candle Company and have since go on to lead, coach and train an organization on a few thousand distributors and achieve one of our companies top leadership positions.

Early this summer, the love of my life, my fiancé' Roy made the decision and commitment to join me in our home business with this incredible Gourmet Candle company. We now spend each day together building our business, leading, coaching and training others to succeed as well.  

We have a passion for our industry and it's potential to empower people that have dreams and desire for something more than the ordinary. Several of these partners in our organization have also gone on to achieve the top leadership levels in our company as well!
