About Me
I have been in Sales and Marketing for two decades and can help you with any and all marketing solutions. Marketing On-line and Direct Marketing have converged and are really one and the same. Just watch an infomercial: You can call, order on-line, mail a cheque, use PayPal, everything is available to place the order. In fact, it's all about direct marketing, the Web is only the latest option to understand. It is an old game, just a new tool. You need to learn it and the sooner the better. Here's the best part, it's not as difficult as all those 'Web 2.0 Guru's' make it out to be.
If you understand sales and if you've done direct marketing in any form, you are miles ahead of those who haven't. Just commit to learning it. ** Notice I haven't mentioned MLM till now. That is because MLM is only one income-generating option. ** You need to be very careful with MLM, they are not all created equal. Here's some advice on how to choose a great MLM Opportunity: 1) If they don't use or allow you to use all the Web 2.0 strategies out there, then you're out. However this is predicated on the fact that you know what those strategies are! Which is why, as I said you need to learn it now. 2) Do they have a B2B program in their comp plan? (Biz to Biz) If not, you're out. Why? Because you are limiting your growth potential. In today's world, you need all the options. You don't neccessarily need to use them all at the same time, but they need to be in place. 3) Do your due diligence on the company. If they have one 'celebrity' distributor group with 4000 people under him/her, find out if any 'board-room deals' were cut to get them and their previous groups 'grandfathered' into the new company. Ask to speak with C-Level staff or even the President. If they hesitate, that's not a good sign. If you see them pull up in a Bentley and think they are all qualified leaders and workaholic's, you may be in for a surprise. Believe me, it happens all the time. I know this industry inside out.
I have read a lot of material provided by Mike Dillard and appreciate his 'straight talk', no hype on the subject. It is refreshing to find that on-line. I look forward to a strong relationship with all that are interested in Marketing On-Line. Visit my URL above (brandornow dot com) Our motto: How can we help?
