Steve Anderson

Hi,

My name is Steve Anderson and I'm looking forward to getting to know the people in the Better Networker community.

I love life!

Life is fun and that is partly because I've bounced from one obsession to the next....

I showed Quarter Horses when I was a teenager, played cricket, and AFL (Aussie Rules). I fished when I was young with my dad but when I was old enough to drive, it become an obsession.

After I turned 18, I moved from the small country town of Wagga Wagga to the Gold Coast where I just slipped straight into the 'surfie' lifestyle and for a number of years chasing waves was all I thought about.

Next, I become intensely interested in Tai Chi Chaun and Chinese martial arts which naturally lead me to study Acupuncture. After finishing my course, I moved to Japan to study further and became obsessed with the Japanese language (I studied Harry Lorrayne's Super Power Memory techniques which help me learn the written language very quickly and so memory is another strong interest).

When I got back to Australia I got into Fly Fishing in a big way and so moved to the mountains for easy access to trout streams. For a number of years I would spend my afternoons at the lake and weekends in the mountains chasing wild trout.

And then...

I decided to get a computer for my work, that changed everything. Of all things, I become intensely interested in technology and the rest is history...

For the last few years at least, I've been obsessed with Internet marketing (finally an obsession that makes me money instead of costing it ).

Oh, I also studied the Japanese flute, the Shakuhachi, which is a cool instrument and also spent a while hooked on 9 Ball while in was in Japan.

Obsessions to come...

Definitely want to learn the acoustic guitar and sing, become a parent, and become an excellent cook.

Currently I'm a trainer and a coach for the Renegade Professional training site and to date have contributed over 20 video tutorials on blogging with WordPress (another obsession of mine).

Basically I love life and love learning new things, what have been your obsessions in life so far and what is to come?
