Steve Walton

My name is Steve Walton, you may have seen a video of me on You Tube or another site so please forgive me if I repeat myself. So who am I?

I run my own consultancy business assisting small and medium businesses with marketing sales, purchasing and moving forward. Plus I have over 18 years experience working in marketing procurement for blue chip businesses such as Glaxo, Maritz, Orange and TUI.
My ability is assisting businesses in a variety of areas; from website project management through to goal and objective setting to mentoring people in their career progression. Ultimately I understand how businesses, the internet and more importantly how people work.

My Story: One day whilst being a Consultant at Europe’s biggest Travel Company, TUI Travel PLC (earning nearly £500/day) I had an epiphany - even though I had what seemed to be a very good career I was still unhappy. I understand that for some this seems incredible, but back then I realised that I needed something that removed the need to do the 9-5, Monday to Friday slog, because you see being a Consultant I only got paid when I was in a contract - NO CONTRACT - NO MONEY at all!. Plus I didn’t get paid on Bank Holidays, when I was ill or on holiday and like everyone else I dreaded Monday mornings...what I needed was to GET PAID WHILE I SLEPT!

What I desperately wanted was to be home for my daughter, to be able to take her to and pick her up from school, to see her when she had special assemblies and to be able to not worry about having to take take time off during "school holidays" because if I was in a contract this was a NO NO as I lost alot of money!

So to find income streams that removed this worry was the holy of holy grails to me and I am glad to say that I have found it.
