About Me

Suzan - Lovin' Life One Day At A Time

I live in Texas. I was born here, but moved away right after high school when I got married. We moved back here in 2002 for my husband's job.

I have a fantastic husband. He is a Systems Engineer (in his day job), and beekeeper and model train hobbiest in his spare time. We married in 1967, so we'll be married for 42 years very soon. We have three wonderful biological sons, who are married to GREAT ladies. And an adopted daughter who is married to a GREAT guy. We also have 6 beautiful grandchildren. Our sons and daughter live in other states, so we don't get to see them as often as we would like.

When my youngest son started school, I went to college. It took me 9 years, but I graduated with a B.A. in Management in 1991.  I enjoy crafting and painting.  I especially like working with polymer clay and sewing.

I have a Home Based, Internet Business. As a part of that, I Mentor and Coach people who are already working on their Home Based Businesses or who are currently trying to develop a business working from home. I do this for free as a way of giving back to my "community". I love working with people who are trying to get started in a new business.

I was a slow learner in Network Marketing.  After a span of 20 years and 4 companies, I finally decided to educate myself and stop the nonsense.  I learned that my failure was not my fault.  I just needed the right tools, education and company.  What a relief to finally be home.

That's the great thing about this community. You learn new things from everyone.
Hi Suzan! I am relatively new to the internet marketing buisiness. I have been clicking sites for credits in the hope of promoting those sites I like but never made a penny of it. I am in the process of thinking what kind of buisiness I would like to developp and people on Better Networker seem to be serious people in their own field of competency. I was born in St-Jerome,Quebec, Canada and if look at my profile, you can locate me in Verdun, Quebec, Canada. For now, I am working for a company in the field of telecommunications and trying to find out what would the petential be for someone who is bilingual: French and english and a little Spanish. So, that is it for now! Benoit Tessier allias tesben
Hey Suzan, I just got back on betternetwork. I've been setting up my website and other social networking. There is a bunch to do. I'm obviously new to MLM, but I'm having fun with it. My background is much like your husbands. I've been in IT my whole life. I'm also married, no kids, but a bunch of critters. I am working to replace my day job with MLM and I know I will get there. It just takes time and I will put in the time. The best thing for me is I can help others with the IT aspect of this whole business model. I look forward to reading what you put out. Regards, Bonnie
friend please guide me this job how to make it
Hi, Suzan, I new to MLM, unless you count being an insurance agency manager. Same thing, recruiting with overrides- plus. Chargebacks-minus.My WHY started back in 1984. My youngest child, Jamie, age 3, was hit by a car and remained in a coma for the next 13 yrs. until he passed in March of 1997. Out of the need to locate services needed to help care for him, I became a disabilities advocate, traveling across this country and Canada as a public speaker. It all culminated in 1996 when I was nominated as a "community hero" where I was a part of carrying the Olympic Torch To Atlanta in 1996. Now, I'm telling this story to say that I learned out of necessity, to speak up and fight for what I beleive in. I became an insurance agent in 1990 because I needed additional income after a broken marriage and I had to have flexibility in that job because my son came first no matter what. In 1998 I remarried and he came with a 12 year old daughter with special emotional needs, so, I quit to be at home with her.She graduated in 2005. I got my license back on a Friday. Her graduation was on that Saturday.I already know that if i died today, there are people that can say I did something to make their better. However,If I had enough money to do whatever I wanted I would fund Respite Care organizations to support families who CHOOSE to care for their loved at home rather than institutionalize them.I would provide a rest period for them. Sometimes, that's all they need to keep the family together. Those 13 years were the most gratifying of all. I was blessed and made better to be chosen by GOD to care for my son. I got out of the habit of punching a clock. I have 10 grandchildren. I have only been able to really enjoy these last 4. I now have he time to just have a ball. "If I had known they were this much fun I would hav had them 1st. Now i need to make the money so I do what I want with them. Comeonnnn. HELP A GRANDMOTHER OUT. GIVE ME DIRECTION.
