Angie Smith

My name is Angie Smith.  I'm a 35-year-old wife, mother of two children (ages 9 & 6) and an Independent Team Beachbody COACH!  Despite being 6'3" tall, sports and exercise have just NOT been important areas of my life. After recovering from foot surgery, I learned to appreciate my mobility much more than I did before. Now, I'm making fitness a priority in order to both maintain my health and to help others.  What I like best about Team Beachbody is the strong feeling of community. With WOWY, I can SEE the pictures of other people who are working out at the same time that I'm working out.
