 I've been in the Network Marketing  industry for some time and I've done it all.  Through massive amounts of failure and emotional roller coasters I realize it's not easy.  Most people look at the top earners and wonder if  they have something that you don't.  Why are they getting the big checks and not you?  What is the secret to long term success in Network Marketing?

But before we get into the good stuff let me let you into my world, and tell you a little bit about myself...
 
 I was born in Cairo, Egypt and I have one older sister. My Family and I moved to Calgary, Canada when I was eight. Wow was that ever a change from Egypt, I had never seen snow before. Instantly I was an outsider, which I think is good because I stood out and was unique. I went to school like all the other  kids and was raised to get good grades, so that I could get into a good college and get good grades there so that I could get a good J-O-B. Which by the way is an acronym for Just Over Broke. I always knew that I wanted to be my own boss and I knew that I would never work for someone else for the rest of my life making them rich, although I had no idea where to start.  I grew up with a very loving family, they spoiled me to death.  With my older sister my Mom and My aunt I was smothered with love, my aunt never had any children so it was like I had two Moms. My Father was the wisest man that I know looking back at at some of the things he said now I'm finally realizing their meaning, although I took it for granted while I was younger.
 
Going through high school I had some tough times, my grandmother passed away and I think that is the first time I saw my mother cry,  my family and I were crushed, but I guess that is a part of life. Everybody passes away, so the key is to enjoy every moment of your life while you are here.
 
I coped by partying all through high school and my grades suffered. I also broke my collar bone playing football and couldn't attend school for three weeks which made me fall even further back in my studies.  My Sister was the exact opposite she excelled in school she never partied and she got a corporate job right out of University. Now she works for a big Telecommunications company and she is third from the top on "The Corporate Ladder". After 15 years in the corporate world she tells me she is completely unsatisfied. She now wants to start her own personal training business and do what she is passionate about.I am very proud of her and support her 100%.  Are you surprised that she is not happy in the corporate world. That ideology is quickly loosing its luster. Things are different now, the times have changed. The shift has begun, with the internet revolution more and more people are starting home based businesses like you and I.

So I after high school I decided to move to the west coast, Calgary was getting to small for me and I have always loved the ocean. When I got to Vancouver I was so excited. I didn't go to university and decided to get a job as a waiter. It was great I made good money and I was very happy. Years went by and I started to wonder what the heck was I gonna do with my life. I always knew that I was special and that I was a leader. I have always wanted to help people but never knew how I would be able to do that. I was lucky enough to get a great sales job with a good company and was making 5-7  thousand a month. Most people would say, hey thats great, "whats wrong with that"?  Well after a while I realized that I couldn't just keep doing this job forever. I was not my own boss like I had always wanted to be and that even though the money was good, it was not residual. I would have to keep on working if I wanted to keep on making money.

Then something horrible happened. My Dad passed away after a long battle with that horrible Demon, Cancer. It was very hard for me and my family was so upset. It made me look at life in a whole new perspective. Suddenly life seemed so precious. I know that he is looking down upon me right now smiling and proud of what his son is doing. You see helping people is what my dad was best at. He had his own parallegal practice, he was his own boss and made very good money but at the same time, if people couldnt afford to pay him for his services he did it for free. I love you dad!!

  So I decided to go on a "life journey" to find a way to actually live my life, rather than work for someone else and exchange all of my time and money for a job.  I needed another way, a way where I can live the life that I want. I knew if I worked my life away I would regret it forever, I wanted to follow in my dad's footsteps, be my own boss and help other people at the same time. I just really never knew how I was going to do that but I was completely driven and determined to make it a reality, but what would I do?
 
 I researched everything, how to make money, spend money, invest money, keep money, learn money, continue to make money and eventually I got to the point where I felt like I was ready to start creating real money.   I saw all of the problems in this world and 95% of them were money-related.  I know that money isn't everything in the world but it makes everything so much easier.  I know that what is everything is TIME, I needed to create time.  So I searched, kept my eyes open to all opportunities and was finally introduced to something that changed my life forever.

Network Marketing and the Concept of Leverage!!!

I had never seen anything like this before, and I sure as hell wasn't taught it in school, which is very disappointing to me.  I learned about every useless subject on the planet, but was never taught the the basic principles that could set me free to live the life I truly wanted to live and take care of my loved ones.  I was introduced to the Cash Flow Quadrant and how the richest people in the world own their own businesses.  So I jumped in head first and began my journey to what would eventually put me in the position I am in today.
 
I started with my network marketing company with big dreams and was ready to dominate.  I knew that with this business model, instead of bringing in 40k/year, I now had the opportunity to build and bring in 40k/month or more.  I just knew that I had the talent and the skills to make this dream a reality and I was ready to hit the ground running.  I joined a team with an MLM and did exactly what they told me to do.

Basically, you name it, I DID IT.  Simply because I knew the power of the business model and the power of success in this industry.
 
There were so many things that frustrated me, I had very little results and it didn't seem worth it to me to continue and I didn't know what to do...I felt like I was going insane...
 
What is the definition of insanity?  Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting to get different results.

 After solid and consitant effort, I made some money and built a team but I spent over 3X what I had made trying to help and motivate others who were excited but took no action.  This business is all about action.. I felt like I was cheerleading.  It seemed so easy when I first saw it, but then I was in deep and I haden't had much success.  Was it my fault?  Was I doing something wrong?  It got to the point where I was lacking confidence and I just wanted to give up.....but that was not an option.....
 
Giving Up Is Never an Option For those Who Will Find Success!!
 
I knew from the beginning that I would never, ever quit.  I was raised by my dad to always finish what I started but this is by far the most frustrating thing I've gone through.  But what was I gonna do?  Keep spending money and time, I felt like I was just spinning my wheels.  I was determined to find SOMETHING to make this happen.  I would never ever quit.
 
One day, I was sitting at my house browsing the web for ways to use the internet to build, something I had never tried before....... and an Idea hit me like a ton of bricks.  I thought to myself, "there has to be someting I can do online to generate some leads for my business."  I mean, we are in a time where we can connect to anyone in the world who wants to be connected.....anyone.  But I just didn't know where to start.  I looked around facebook for a while and there were all kinds of people out there who were interested in the same things that I was, if I could get my business in front of these people it could be HUGE
Then my prayers where answered and I came across this system and teamed up with some real leaders in the Multi Level Marketing industry. I  haven't looked back since. I know you might be frustrated in your business and you absolutely know there is a better way. Believe me there is, the difference is night and day.
