About Me

I grew up in a very rural farming community in the mountainous Bull Head region of Clarendon, Jamaica. The nearest town to me then was the small town of Spalding on the border of Manchester and Clarendon and over the past few years, this town has been growing in leaps and bounds, driven mainly by two major high schools and a community collage. Growing up in a large extended family of brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, cousins, mother and grandmother, agriculture was the mainstay, and very mixed and very seasonal at that. School was fun back then what with no computer and electricity a novelty, everybody knew everybody. I still have fond memories of Baillieston Primary School, my first fight at school, my first busted lips. The first six years of primary school flew by so fast and ended dramatically with Common Entrance exams, then to be thrust in high school. I remember thinking I was in the land of the giants. Those upper form guys were huge, but Edwin Allen High was a training ground in so many ways. Collage came too fast I would think because the real world of work and big responsibily was fast approaching.

After college, I taught in my home town of Spalding at the community college for eight years. For me, it was my way of giving back to my community that nurtured me. I went through a gamut of personal achievements and upheavals in these eight years, there was marriage, church involvement, two beautiful girls, deaths in the family and divorce proceedings.

My next phase of development found me in the Bauxite/Alumina industry for the next fourteen years, up to the end of September of this year, when I opted for a redundancy, I think this will work out to be one of the better decisions of my entire life. I was introduced to network marketing during these years and although I was not the success I wanted to be. I was hooked for life, starting out with Amway back then.

I will be forever grateful to my first sponsor and for the teaching and training that MLMs offer. I have learnt and grown over the years with the previous companies that I was with. My present company in the travel industry is where I will be full time, I will not be working the JOB ever again.   Traverus Travel has a system that I am very comfortable with, so I will be with them for the long haul. this is where I will be a major success.

I am now working hard to overcome my ineptness with the social sites because since between July to August, I have come come to realise that the old methods of networking is not going to make me the success story I want to be.

The thing is, if I am not successful the way I need to be, I don't see mysef accomplishing my major dream and determination of creating an impact in staving off the rising incidences of violence and cruelty to children. I want to be fully involved in the child protection services of my country. Far too many of our children are being destroyed in their mind body and spirit and I don't intend to sit back in a comfort zone and watch it happen.
