Network marketing = where else can you start a business for a hundred bucks?

I've been into network marketing since 1994 and for most of those years I struggled. No one ever taught me how to think like a marketer, so I went out and studied direct response marketing.

Leading with inspiration and offering free leads and training to network marketers allowed me to attract leaders to me, even though my success in this industry had been minimal.

When you lead with inspiration instead of "who wants to join my MLM?" it's much easier to attract other leaders to you. Don't build your MLM, just build people. When you build relationships then success becomes the biproduct of being the very "best you" that you can be.

Build leadership in yourself and others first, the money will just show up!
