When I founded The Order of Profitable Producers I was working with partners seeking perpetual profits. It was not always that way. Maybe you can relate.

Drowning in Information!

Sorting through all the possibilities available online is not something we learned in school. I have to agree with you. Formal education is a great starting place but it just is not enough to handle the challenge of continual change we face today. No wonder so many of us are stuck.

I work in the school system and know it is far from perfect. In my life, self-directed learning, empowered no less than four career changes. IT WAS NOT WHAT I LEARNED IN SCHOOL that got me these career advancements. It was not what I learned in school that opened up my ability to earn income from tools, technologies and trainings that did not exist when I was finishing my formal education.

Drowning Hurts.

Have you ever seen someone drown? It hurts. I've seen it a dozen times as the dreams of a successful online business sputtered and coughed under the waves of information, the pressure to purchase yet another course and the constant call for quick answer “sure” systems.

I'm sick at what I witnessed and began to count my blessings. Why was I so fortunate?

Somehow, I found my way to solid ground and solutions that produced results. How could I help others overcome the unresolved issues left over by their formal schooling? Moreover, how do you help people get over the pains witnessing or experiencing a drowning?

Swim Lessons Were Not Enough

I know what my experience was but would it work for others? Was it something everyone could make work?

Over the last few years I've done a lot of reflection. I've interviewed many successful business owners, marketers and leaders in the home business arena. They helped me see that they too apply many of the same specific strategies when they were learning to swim in the sea of overwhelm.

The Strategies Work!

My associates learned informally. Outside of schools and courses. They learned by doing. They applied the same specific strategies I applied. They were able to leverage their learning into success. They too directed their own learning activities. Is requires so much more than taking “lessons”

These solutions are what people willingly pay me for. Now, I offer these learning strategies and productive performance patterns to my students. I help them smile and even laugh at the sea of information trying to overwhelm them. They now, like a duck, enjoy "Water off their back!"
