Interests:
Wow--so many! Home "reno" in my Capitol Hill "project" house (a big part of why I LOVE working from home...Confessions of an HGTV addict...). I also love jazz, art and photography, my cats, flower gardening (I expect to get pictures into my gallery here, because this is another part of why I love working from home. And the garden teaches me lessons every day about the care and feeding of relationships. And then there's travel; sitting in my favorite rocky hang-outs on the coast of Maine (former home), and spending as much time as I can with my terrific grown kids, and three grandkids. Good friends, good wine, good (dark)chocolate, good coffee.... Ah...life is good.

Activities:
As I said, working on my 100 year old Washington rowhouse; walking, reading, lunch (or breakfast, or coffee, or happy hour, or dinner...) with friends, Member of a really cool and very progressive Episcopal church, nonprofit philanthropy (now that I'm no longer having to eek my paycheck out of that sector...). Causes include women's economic justice, anti-domestic violence, homelessness, and hunger.
