Thomas Gilles

My background is in sports. I am a Former Major League baseball player with the Toronto Blue Jays. As a young athlete my dream was to play in the Big Leagues. It was not easy, similar to network marketing, but definitely worth it. After seven years in the minor leagues and two arm surgeries I got my debut on June 8th, 1990 and was called in to pitch in front of 50,000 people. I had followed through and fulfilled my goal. My point is, you can't quit and fulfill a dream just like you can't quit and grow rich in network marketing.

I have been in three companies and the first two I was a recruiting machine. I recruited 127 people in 13 months and did not make much money. The retention in the company was weak because of a binary compensation plan that makes you build two sides and everyone wants to be on the strong side. Now, I have found a company with a compensation plan that rewards you for your efforts even if you recruit one strong team member. I have found a company that I am finally in front of global expansion and this time, with this plan, it makes a difference to my income whether I have reps in these other countries or not. Finally, all the balancing act is over, and all the headaches that go with an unfair compensation plan.

The products in this company are great. Thay are very high impact. As you know, the products in most MLM companies are high quality and most people would have great results if they used any of these products. Since MLM life is our passion, and in many cases are livelihood, isn't it time you get rewarded for the time you put in to it!

Getting to the top in a network marketing company is no different than starting in the minor leagues and working your way up to the Major Leagues. It takes passion for what you are doing, committment and the desire to not be denied. Their will be times when the pendulum swings and their is always ups and downs, but if you believe in your company, it's products, the industry and a strong beleif in yourself you will one day make it to the top!
