My name is Tom Wagner. I am a Network Marketer.  I wasn’t always a Network Marketer but after 33 years in MLM I have migrated from the “old” methods to the Internet network marketing methods. If you are anything like me, you have found out that Network Marketing can be very frustrating, (NO LEADS, NO MONEY, NO TRAINING and NOT REALLY KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE DOING). I was lucky to find a good mentor with a workable program to take away my frustration. That is why I so desire to teach others how to get their business and lives on track and into actually MAKING MONEY in any network marketing business.  

THE PROBLEM, – as I see it, is that too many MLM or Network marketing people are still trying to build businesses the old way. When I started in MLM, I received little training and was told to make a list of everyone I knew and start cold calling them to try to sign them up in my business. I was taught that network marketing is a “numbers” game and all I had to do was to recruit, recruit, recruit and my fortune would soon arrive. I was told that the various wonderful companies I joined were the greatest companies around and they would always look out for me and provide me residual income for life. My sponsors in these companies made it sound so good I couldn’t resist joining. I was involved in compensation plans that were supposed to be great but were difficult to understand and others that may or may not have been legitimate ventures. Well my fortune never did arrive! What frustration!  I wondered what I was doing wrong and WAS IT MY FAULT?

THE SOLUTION, – as I mentioned above, was the fact I was lucky to stumble upon a program called Mentoring For Free while reading articles on line. The program offered a free ebook “Success in Ten Steps” which I down loaded and read. The person that sent the ebook to me, others in the program, and I started conversing and eventually started a business relationship.  They have become friends and mentors to me and have helped me turn my Network Marketing business around. Best of all – NO MORE FRUSTRATION!
