Tim Nightengale

Hi, I am from the central valley of California, 32 yrs old, married and have 3 boys. Their ages are 3, 7, and 9. I love those guys and we have a lot of fun together. 

We are with the company with the most momentum in the industry and with amazing founders and leaders of the company. One of the philosophies that I have is this: Since you work hard to build your business, MAKE SURE it is with a company that has vision and leadership that will last for generations to come. I love my business I have and the fact that we make a difference in others lives. Anybody can do this business as long as you are coachable and have a great work ethic. I really like what Tim Sales says about failing in this business. He says people claim they failed in mlm, but the fact is they quit. Now there may be many variables why you may not do well. There is that you are not coachable, not a good work ethic, there may be bad leadership in the company, a bad compensation plan, or poor products. Due dilligence is of utmost importance. Truly research the company. The more you research and dig the more you should like it. If you do not, that may be an indicaion. One of the great things that I love about our company is the teamwork involved. I would never join a company where my sponsor does not have a vested interest in me. How you find that out is by learning the compensation plan before joining.
