Hi, I'm new to this network marketing scene.

I'm a 40 year old mom and live in Missouri. I have one son; who is now 17. He is my only child! He lives and breathes basketball, well, when he's not playing Rock Band. I work full time as a clerk in the nuclear industry; which is quite interesting. I'm also in the process of earning my Fitness and Nutrition certification in my spare time. I should be finished by the end of this year!

I come from a fairly large family - 5 sisters and 1 brother. I'm still amazed that my mom was able to stay home and raise all of us while my dad worked. How times have changed!? We were raised on a farm, so none of us were afraid of hard work.

I'm not sure where my interest in fitness came into the picture. I wasn't an athletic person in school. I possibly could have been if I hadn't been too shy to try out for any sports. I always loved basketball, but wasn't any good at it. I enjoyed watching sports, but was always too intimidated to join and I just never felt coordinated enough. My favorite sports are basketball, football, and volleyball.

I'm still a very shy person, but am on my way to breaking out of that shell. I'm also still a little uncoordinated! Even though I am 40 years old, I don't believe anyone is ever too old to start going after their dreams. Better late than never, I always say! I've decided to start taking my passion for fitness to another level and that's what led me to become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach. I love helping others, and if I can help people to achieve their goals and dreams, then I'm doing what I love.
