I'm a computer geek and offline networker by background. By computer geek I mean I used to write assembler language spaghetti code. (Now I realize that anyone under 40 probably doesn't have a clue what that means.) This was back after college before marriage and family. I've been online since 1996.

By networker I mean Chamber of Commerce, BNI and other groups locally. I really enjoy meeting people who have all kinds of businesses. Hey, sometimes its good to know someone who can fix the roof!

I dabbled in several different businesses while raising my son. I owned a vending machine route, sold distressed merchandise, got into network marketing and promoted various affiliate programs online. But my primary focus during this time was being a Mom. 

I am now an empty-nest Mom. I love it. I've done all the things that I was taught growing up I "should" do. I graduated from college, got a job, got married, bought a house, had a family and a even dog. Now what?  Whatever I want! 

I enjoy meeting people, learning new things and traveling especially in the US and central Europe.
