I’ve been a practioner / trainer and establisher of PMO and PM performance mandates within the e-Commerce, Web-Commerce community, Manufacturing corporations (Automotive, Computer, Electronics, NASA and Aerospace), Entertainment Corporations and others; coupled within the Quality Community for CMM and CMMI levels of integration and incorporation, and relative to ISO performance both domestically and within foreign / offsite operations. Relative to the professional Medical, Pharmaceutical and Hospital, Software Development, Entertainment, Finance, Brokerages, Insurance and Manufacturing Corporate ventures for revenue cycle assessment and redesign, receivables performance improvement, revenue technology selection and implementation, Program Management Office Implementation – Reorganization – Establishment – and training practices, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance / Control Management, charge master reviews, managed care contracting and denials management as relative to medical practices, hospitals, and medical related brokerages. As a consultant, I have worked with many different clients in all aspects of business formation, management, training  and to support total efforts of the SDLC within IT and its relative relationships within the various clients and their associated sub-contractors, through out the life cycle’s of each client(s). My clients have included Internet start-up companies and established Fortune 500 enterprises within various disciplines previously outlined. I have created and implemented complete operational, marketing, financial, business, PMO, and technology plans for my various clients. I have worked for IBM, EDS, Diversified Technology, Unified Professional Consultants, and various other Corporations for 25 years serving most recently as a Field Director / Senior Principal for IBM where I was responsible for the development and worldwide deployment for multiple PMO, IT and Change Management solutions. I have proven abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently as demonstrated with projects associated with Aetna, Blue Cross, Pfizer, Sony, IBM, Ford, Citi Bank, Merryll Lynch, Goldman Sachs, NASA and Aerospace sub-contractors and other contracted clients.  

I was the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for IBM, Danka, and Diversified for security. Performing work for JP Morgan, Citibank, Utica National and others for security deployment contractual requirements while at the aforementioned primes. I.e., some of the security principles involved were packet filtering technology approaches within the internet, by process of passing or blocking of packets within the network interfaces, ports, protocols, etc. Firewall implementations via both hardware and software. Project Management for deployment, process development, training, budgetary guidance and reporting, etc. Security for Internet, Intranet, and Application development controls, in-house security protocols, etc. Hacker intrusion control, DMZ, “Friendly Fire … E.g., in-house proprietary control’s to avoid employee security software violations”, etc.
