Victoria Garment

I'm a true New Yorker, born and raised in Chelsea, on the lower west side of Manhattan. After graduating college in 2009, I worked in NYC for a year before quitting to see what else was out there. I traveled cross country for nearly two months to go camping, hiking, sightseeing and visit friends and family who had moved away from the east coast.

While traveling, I discovered the beautiful and funky city of Austin, fell in love, and decided to move down here. Not long after I arrived, I landed a job with BetterNetworker and now I get to work with an amazing group of people to help keep BetterNetworker.com up and running and filled with awesome content and resources for anyone and everyone out there!

I may live in Texas right now, but I am and always will be a New Yorker at heart! I'm a die-hard Yankee and Jets fan and while I love Austin, I desperately miss bagels, pizza, the subway and 24 hour delis... New York does those things better than anyone.

I love to travel, especially off the beaten path, and been to over a dozen countries as well as every state in the US except Hawaii. I have a wonderful family, boyfriend, and the most beautiful, sweet, loving dog in the world, Billie. I'm a glass-half-full kind of girl and can't wait to see what the future has in store for me. :)
