About Me

My Story Begins…

It is my privilege and honor to have this opportunity to share with you, my journey to become an entrepreneur. I live in Malaysia and have been a process engineer in semiconductor industry since I graduated from university eight years ago. I worked for 4 different companies and frankly there wasn't any different at all. I achieved a lot of things during that time. I received a few awards and recognitions. I felt great and like walking on the clouds. Soon, I learn very quickly though a bit too late, that I can't work for someone else if I want to be wealthy.

Now my father has retired and helping out my mum at house work. My mum has always been a housewife. She is tough and she really knows how to take good care of our family. I have an elder sister and younger brother. Both are working now. So my parents are very proud of us. All of us went to university and managed to get into huge corporation. That's what our parents expect from us… study well, get a good grade and work for giant corporation, hopefully you can remain there until your retirement.

I'm into many games and sports. I play badminton, soccer, volley ball, basketball, archery and many more. My favorite is soccer. I may be greatly influenced by English Premier League which is very popular here in Malaysia.

Haven't Thought Of Starting Something New?

After working for 8 years in the same industry, I was tired and sick about my job that only make other people rich. I thought it doesn't make sense. Why would I work at something that I'm not going to own? I have to wake up 7.00am every morning to get myself ready to work. I'm not a morning person. I don't want to wake up that early. I normally spend about 12 hours in the office but I'm getting less than $30,000 a year. That's pathetic!

I was able to pay my bills but could not save or get ahead. I believe in the saying that if you continue to do what you have always done to make money, you will get the same results in the future. But if you add something to your full-time job for a couple of years you could reach your dreams. I wasn't reaching my dreams in the corporate world, and I didn't want to risk either my money or my profession.

My Inspirations

The greatest contributing factor to my startup was my intense desire and passion for success and wealth. That drove me to learn everything about strategies and business opportunities online. At the age of 28, I was obsessed with reading books about self-development. I bought hundreds of dollars of books every month. My mum said to me once “You are crazy to buy so many books”. Well, there were not many, just that they were expensive. I had books from authors like Zig Zaglar, Russell Paley, Adam Khoo, Perry Marshall, Chris Widener, Jim Rohn, Napolean Hill, Robert Kiyosaki and many more. Soon they became my mentors and coaches. I never met them personally but I did read their books. I just love them. I would model the mindsets and strategies of these successful people and applied everything I could in my plan to achieve my goals.

My First Business…

So I started to search in the internet for home-based business in 2007. I have virtually nothing to start my own business right away. But I was also blessed to have small amount of money to start my home-based business. This is one of the many advantages starting a home-based business compared to traditional brick-and-mortar business. At that time, I was a hot prospect. I was willing to pay and join any team that offers great business opportunity. After two weeks, I found one! I was skeptical at first after seeing their presentation. I researched the company's background and history. It took me a week to decide that I wanted to join them. That's my very first step to home-based business and there was no turning back.

I always thought that home-based business was only for the rich or internet savvy and full of BS, hypes and scam. I thought to myself once, “Gees, this is difficult”. But then a couple of videos completely opened up my eyes and now I'm starting to see that… I can actually do this!

This really changed my life and I would love to network and work with like-minded people and really get the word out. So I encourage you to check out how you can build your business and wealth with revolutionary system here. You can also drop me an email wengseng.yee@gmail.com . I would love to hear your story.

Hello Vincent, I befriended you so I would be able to welcome you after you joined the Newbies Guide. And to say I look forward to networking with you. My intention was not to spam your guestbook as those who have gone before me. And because you have only had spammers set an example on your guestbook I will not blame you. But those of us who care about our reputation do not post "free ebooks" and links on other peoples guestbook. It is generally not regarded as the behavior of a leader. I hope you find our site grows your success. All the best, Dean.

Thanks Dean for your advice. How foolish I've been for not following the right leader. My apology for all your trouble.
