I really enjoy helping people. Whether is just referring them to someone that can solve their problem or being the person that solves the problem, I get a lot of enjoyment from doing just that.  That is why what I do becomes so naturally.  My customer service is above and beyond as far as I've been told. Business is done at my customers convience, at the place they feel most comfortable and when it comes to followup, I'm right there with them. Even if that means going to their home while they are doing a coaching session on the products we offer with a tech support agent. I want them to succede almost as badly as they want it!
