Far too many to list, but at the top of the pecking order would be mental, spiritual and physical health. Life is as we live it and my intention is to live to my fullest potential.
Activities:
Life coaching, business coaching, associate in direct sales, affiliate for products I trust and use, speaker, author, teacher, mother, wife, sister and daughter, friend, partner, and mentor. Personal interests include our horses, trail riding, training and packing into the outback, dogs, hobby farming and gardening, sports especially in water, travel, community volunteer.

About Me
In a short version of who I am I would say that I feel my past has been very diversified and often feels as though I have lived many lives within this present life. I spent my younger years in Eastern Canada with 4 years in Syracuse, New York, then moved to beautiful British Columbia at 11. A keen interest in horses has allowed me to keep grounded with nature and animals and in my mid 50's I still enjoy hours of riding in the mountains. I am a country girl at heart, but also love the energy and entertainment in the big cities.
Professionally I also have a diversified background from accounting to ranching, forestry work, single-handedly owning a collection/bailiff agency, heavy construction industry with husband, and in the past 16 years working in the health industry studying alternative medicine, supporting physically/mentally challenged, special needs, hospice, senior care and psychiatry which has brought me to more recently becoming certified as a law of attraction life coach and business coach.
I enjoy meeting people and discovering what makes them think, live fully and feel alive.
Becoming a life coach inspiring others to step into their power and see positive transformation happen in lives is such a rewarding profession. If each and everyone of us inspired and motivated the people around us consistently the world would be a happier place. I believe that as the universal shift that is currently taking place awakens the minds, hearts and souls of all of us we will learn to appreciate the gift of life and live our potential.
I currently support single parents of divorce to communicate effectively while inspiring their children so together they live happier and healthier.
I teach a course on and off line to empower women to discover happiness while sharing laughter and joy.
I am also partnered with an extremely gifted women and together we are preparing a launch that will support those willing to step into their own power and feel aligned with their purpose.
My intention is to make a positive change to as many lives as I can one day at a time.
