The reason I am here is to Network and to share my strategies my break-downs and my break-throughs over the years, with positive, highly motivated and success driven individuals.

But first a little bit about me I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth, quite the opposite. Being the Eigth of Ten siblings my childhood and youth was disrupted at age seven by my family’s separation through the breakdown of my parent’s marriage. My youth was non-conducive to the life of abundance I live now.

My passions are my Wife and SonThey mean everything to me. I’m also passionate about humanity, honesty and integrity, life and all it has to offer.

How did I create a life of abundance?

I truly understand that all great leaders and entrepreneurs were at some stage great listeners,learners and self starters and very committed individuals.

Commitment for me anyway at the end of the day that’s really all it boils down to. When you come from a miss-guided youth and you are fortunate to recognize and find true love, that special someone as I did. I totally committed my love and life to her, my life suddenly turned around, it wasn't about poor old me anymore. It was about what I had to offer what I had to give and what I had to do, because at the time I had nothing but my word and honoring that commitment to my word which I still do today Thirty years later is totally empowering.

There ain't any fairy Godmother;

And the Easter Bunny isn’t going to come and drop Diamond eggs on us either. I found that out quick smart. I found out to be successful in life and in business you need to study and you need to get to work. That’s exactly what I've done and will always continue to do. My primary business currently employs thirty five people and turns over, around 3 million dollars a year.

Success in any Industry

I found over the years that if you aren't committed to what you want in life you don't do your research you don't get to work, you won't get it, it’s that simple.Example, I was introduced to network marketing about 27 years ago. I thought hey this is easy, all I have to do is tell five people. Yeah next please.What I am about to tell you, you may not like, but it is the truth. Before the internet took the world by storm it was a matter of talking to your friends and family and organising meetings in people’s homes. When the friends and family well runs out, you buy company generated advertising you buy company generated leads, you do the cold calling.I have been involved in many different MLM companies over the years. I made nothing, very little or got swindled. Crooks, cheats and liars made it very hard for honest people to have success in the industry, if you don't do the research the study and if you don't do the work you will get burnt big time.

Then came the internet

You know people (just like me) over the years have been sold these simple to do duplicatable systems where you just plug it in and the money pours in Next Please. They sound a lot easier than trying to get friends and family involved over and over again, but sooner or later you’ll get sick of e-books, the fully automated wiz-bang millionaire making links. I managed to attract people to the industry that were pretty much the same as me, didn’t want to work just looking for the quick buck sold on the promise of do nothing and get rich.

There are more sharks on land than in the water

If you don't do the research and you don't get to work in this industry all you will find are the real heavy hitters out there making huge profits: not of product sales, but by selling worthless marketing materials to distributors or front-loading product to distributors who trusted and believed in the Companies that recruited them. Compensation plans just not geared for what they are implied to do, and it isn't just a numbers game people are real, people are not just numbers.

What I've learnt in this industry I've learnt the hard way

I’m not complaining either because I was looking for the quick fix while I was building other areas of my life. The lessons I've learnt have been totally invaluable to me.

So what do I want to share with you?

The key to success is you Y.O.U. by you I mean the authentic you by marketing yourself and expanding yourself until you become so large that people need to be with you.I’m not talking about the bloke that wants to make $500 because with that you can use the simple to do millionaire by the next time you log on duplicatable system.

Be Real

Because if your doing this research and you read this far and your looking around and looking at all the different videos and profiles out there YOU ARE SERIOUS your doing research your trying to find a way, I know you are because I was you I was doing the same research and that’s how I found MLMGoldmine.

The Authentic You

So when we talk about finding the authentic you it’s that simple and yet that complicated because most people aren't comfortable in there own skin. When you’re talking about the big fish out there, the big players what do these guys have? If you've ever wondered and listened to them and tried to figure it out, try no more because the answer is simple they are comfortable in there own skin.

A couple of examples of not being you Y.O.U.

A lot of people are out there looking for that killer email gota get that killer email I'll send it to thousands and I'll get rich, next please. It's not you at all, no where near you is it. It’s a freaking email.

But you guys (maybe not you) but thousands of people are still running around out there trying to be there up-line (hey I use to) trying to be the Guru using the up-lines lines word for word (heres just one of my all time favourites) an up-line once said to me Will this is how to build a huge MLM business ask everyone you meet this question...do you keep your options open when it comes to making money. I’m sure everyone can relate and even resite a number of one liners or scripts. But you never really want to be like them because in the end you look fake. It felt stupid at times, and ultimately people know it. Can you imagine Aretha Franklin trying to be Paris Hilton to make a dollar it would be ridiculous. Yet it’s still being taught in this industry and people are still falling for it.

MLM is a Show

If you haven't figured it out yet the stars earn all the money and the rest are all the aspiring stars waiting the tables, look around people are been told to conform, to duplicate, in the mean time the people that are authentically being themselves being there own personalities are the people making all the money.

Well thanks to MLMgoldmine for me that’s all in the past.
