A Journey From Life To Life Enjoyed....

This journey began for me several years ago actually. I have always been one of those people who wanted a different type of life but never knew how to obtain it. I have NEVER been happy with a job, nor do I like anything about the job-search process. Job, although I was fully capable of doing them, always made me feel trapped and sooner or later I would do something to end them just to maintain my sanity.

I was introduced to Network Marketing about 15 years ago (Yes, I started with them too!). I bounced around between failing at networing and getting jobs for at least 5 years until in 1996 I got married. Wanting to be a good husband and still not getting any decent results in networking, I did the 'right thing' and worked another job. Eventually, I got outsized (fired for us regular folks), lost everything except my wife, and had to start over. That was how 2005 ended and 2006 started.

Tragedy

My whole world changed in 2006, April to be exact. My wife kept having sharp pains in her back so we went to the hospital for some X-Rays. We discovered that the pains had been caused by the cancer that had gotten to her liver and caused it to swell, hense the back pain..On top of all of this, the doctor informed us that she only had 3 to 6 months to live. Well, she died 6 weeks later, 2 weeks after our 10th anniversary.

As you can imagine I was devastated. To add insult to injury, I didn't have the funds to bury her. You see, my new part time job, although the hours were good, didn't pay benefits. I'm not looking for sympathy, just getting to my motivation. I was 46, my wife passed, I no money  and I was VERY TICKED OFF!! I realized at the funeral that I had literally worked my but off for all of my adult life and had nothing to show for it!

Reality and a Shift in Thought....

It was at that moment that I decided to never allow that to happen to me again. It was time for me to reinvent myself. I kept looking for businesses to get involved in but nothing seemed to fit what I was looking for, until one day my future mentor introduced me to his business. I thought (and still think) that it is an excellent product, a stable company (16 yrs. old), high repeat sales, comp plan good, only one problem, OLD SCHOOL RECRUITING METHODS!!

This didn't really bother me at first because at this point I still didn't know any other way to market. So I joined and I still think that as far as a company goes, I'm where I should be. Soon, however, a thought began to form in my mind and kept repeating itself over...and over... and over again. "With the use of the Internet, there's GOT to be a better way of doing this!"

ASK and YE SHALL RECIEVE....

And so it began. My search for a better way of doing it.I began looking for any and every 'way' that would help me inprove on my 'recruiting' methods (still thinking old school). Soon I discovered that there were plenty of programs out there, Unfortunately, they cost too much for me.I was getting frustrated because I KNEW that there was something that could help me, but getting discouraged because I my computer skills were limiting my ability to find it. One thing I did keep seeing, however, was this term 'Magnetic Sponsering'. At first I didn't pay it much attention, mainly because I had no idea what it was (I'm sooo embarrased). I just took it to be another one of those high priced 'recruting' systems that I couldn't afford.

I decided that "It wouldn't hurt to look", so I did and MAN did the light come on for me!! I couldn't believe what I had just read! I was thying to figure out where this guy was while I was failing in all of those other businesses because it was like he had been watching me and taking notes!

I purchased Magnetic Sponsering on Feb.20th,2009 and the very next day made my first of many life-changing statements: By Aug. of this year I want my yearly income to become my monthly income so that I can officially retire from jobs forever!

I have not yet achieved 'Life Enjoyed' status, but I am defineately on my way!

This story does not end here, however, it will be an ongoing story on my blog. The adventure continues........
