My Name is Willie Dean Born in northerneast Louisiana in a little Town call St. Joseph La. I were a farmboy that live and work on my Grandmother farm . I finish school and went on to New Orlean La .I started working in difference Restaurant as a Dishwasher and by my hard work the Chef like the way I work he ask me did I want to learn how to cook .That my start to become one of the great Chef in the French Quarter .I work at some the famous Restaurant . I went on own 3 Restaurant in Riverside until I retired 6 years ago .
