As a professional martial arts and fitness instructor, I have developed great communication and networking habits.

In 1999 I have started my first network marketing business in the Czech Republic and when I have moved to New York City in 2001 I was personal fitness trainer for a world known jewelry designer - that was for the first time I have worked in the Trump Tower International and even met Donald Trump.

Meeting Donald was great experience for me. I tell you he really looks intimidating. But I have learned that even the most famous person is a human being and you should not show sign of intimidation.

That is the same like in martial arts.

Frankly residual income sources are much more powerful for long term success then any other business ventures.

Real estate, car dealers, franchise owners might have the appearance of being a business owner, but they also have more headaches, loans to pay and employee responsibility.

When I have compared "the million dollar residual income business with only 10 cents of headaches" with "the million dollar traditional business with hundreds of thousands headaches" - I have seen the winner immediately.

Now I can spend time with my beautiful wife Sonia and gorgeous daughter Eliska - family dreams do come true not only for me but for you as well.
