Information overload....
This was a funny video to be confronted with first thing this morning, because I had gone to bed exhausted with trying to decide which aspect of our business to throw my focus into next. There are a handful of new skills I will have to grasp to really fine tune just one of the half a dozen or so next steps I could potentially take. I actually felt exhausted just by the decision making process. The choices we have are unlimited and are what make this such an exciting way to do business, but they can also leave us paralyzed as well. It's good to know (I think!) that this never stops. Because it means we are continuing to learn and grow. It's a bit of a scary analogy, but we have to be like sharks. If they stop swimming they drown.
