When you buy supplements at the store you are wasting your money. Stop it! You have no idea what your body needs until you have genetic testing done.

If you stand naked in front of everyone you know, would your outsides look the same? I don't think so. Why are you guessing on what your insides need?

Treat your neighbors as you would want them to treat you, but do not treat your body as if it were your neighbors.
