The Reasons why I like this opportunity

I am not a real big sales person and I don't have the regular hype that most people do about their business. I can only tell you the reason why I joined this company, and what I do for the people that are on my team.

I have been in Network Marketing since the early 80's - I have seen companies come and go over the years. But, the reason why, I have added this advertising directory to my business portfolio, are these.

A. You can sell the product and make an income, without recuiting people. People on the teams are making $150 to $1200 dollars a day just by stopping by local business owners, showing them our advertising packages and making the sale.

B. I know that keeping our economy strong depends on the success of the small local business owners. What I have found out is they need a web presence and they also need more customers. With over 63% of people searching and buying products and services over the internet, this service that I provide for them will bring customers to their doors. We offer a ad platform for success for the local business owners at an affordable flat rate. They don't have to know anything about the internet, the company will set them up, put the right description on their website and key words that will get them notice. I am always looking for ways to help others. Many of the team feel the same way. We are helping local businesses connect with the local community to make them strong.

C. You don't have to spend a lot of money to make money. You can become an Account Executive for free, you make 50% commission on all sales and a residual of 40% there after just for direct sales. If you are interested in building a team of people like, insurance agents or real estate brokers do. Then you can become an Brand Builder for a one time low investment. Simple commission stucture, right?

D. The founder of the company, is solid and business savy, he created the business plan for Home Depot, - created the first largest shopping mall on the internet Shopping.com, Mr Bob McNutty has a proven success record. He knew that there was a need to help the local business owners. He created a unique approach to online advertising, that is affordable. Which, I also want to help keep our economy strong, do you, would you?

What I do for my Account Executives.

To have a successful team, I want them to be trained, so I prepare them with tools to help improve their skills. I am part of a group of people who will train them for success and this mentoring is free, in fact they train people for any company. Company training is good and I do encourage them to attend, for product knowledge. But, since I am a coach and leader, I provide additional tools for their success. Telling a person to just go out there without preparation, is like sending a soldier to battle without the gun. They also subscribe to a free newsletter that keeps them informed with update material on stragegies and prospecting skills.
