Hi everyone!

Wow, we have just had a spectacular evening. We hosted a screening of 'Food Matters', people who attended agreed that we all need to change our health, our ways, our nutrition for the better ... right now! It's so important to educate not medicate ... anyway ... lots of great energy in the screening room tonight ...
