Google Pays Me. Why not Get Paid?

If you have ever heard of Adsense then you know what I am talking about. Check out my site and notice the Google Ads that are in place on my Home Page. I get paid for every click by Google, if you want to know how simple this is then visit my website.
The sign-up For Adsense is Free, but you have to have a Well Maintained Website with good Navigation and NO PORNAGRAPHY. On my Homepage the link to the left is for Adsense.
