I am a Guidance Counselor in a small, class C school in Nebraska. I love my job, but I am dragging hiney by the time I get home. So much hiney, it was all I could do to lace up my running shoes to run all the miles in my training plan for the next 1/2 marathon (which is Sunday btw).
I immediately jumped on board and have felt better than great ever since. No more hiney dragging. No more afternoon slumps sneaking in a few winks on my desk or falling asleep at the wheel on my 30 min drive home. Ok, so I haven't actually taken a nap on my desk, but I have fallen asleep driving. Not good.
I feel a natural, even keel boost for several hours. I'm energized and ready to tackle my day. I am ready to run and my time has even increased overall by a few seconds per mile. WOOT!
