I received this message last week from a facebook friend and immediately thought that it was a message about the next juice or vitimum opportunity, but I decided to take a quick look at the site because it mentioned learning. Let me tell you a little about my personal development story, so you can put that wow into prespective. 4 years ago I was lucky enough to be promoted into a management position being responsible for 47 people and large manufacturing facility. I enrolled in training and seminars, purchased video and audio material, and purchase many, many books on leadership and personal development. In the last 3 years I have spent over $14,500 on personal development. It has changed my attitutes towards myself and others. As a result of this coach, I have transformed myself as a leader.
