All companies are not created equal, that we know !

The question now is....How well do you know yours ?

You might ask, what the heck do you mean by that question?.....

I"m glad you asked.... here are a few more for you:

Are you familiar with the policies and procedures ?

Did you know what to look for in the policies and procedures ?

Do you understand the compensation plan ?

How many people would you need in your organization to make 50k annually ?

Business Model Drives The Behavior in the field... whats that?

Do you know what state the home office is in, or who the founder of the company is, if so, whats their background?

Now, my point is, so many of us sign up with a company and are told to make a list, use the three foot rule and you are on your way. Only to find that with hardly any education or training, we are in for a difficult time, possibly years of failure and frustration.
