Lyoness goes America

From 06.feb. 2010 now in the U.S.!

Do you live near New York?
Would you like to be at the cutting edge of business throughout the U.S. ??????

I would - if I were you ....

What's all about?

Lyoness is an independent international shopping community, linked by a single sector- and country-spanning Member card that enables Lyoness customers to get their “money back with every purchase” benefit.

Every purchase made with the Lyoness Cashback Card puts cash back directly into your personal purchasing account.
The success and future of a company always depends on a great idea, a clear vision and the right philosophy.

An overview of your benefits

  • 1 - 2% instant reimbursement
  • 0.5% friendship bonus
  • Sector and country spanning
  • 3 ways of shopping
  • One single customer card for countless Retailers

All these benefits involve absolutely no cost for you whatsoever, and a Lyoness membership is totally non-binding!

But

- the best part is just comming:

0.5% Friendship Bonus

Introduce your friends to Lyoness and when they shop - you benefit! Lyoness is a fast growing shopping community due to word of mouth recommendation where everyone stands to gain. When you recommend Lyoness to your friends, you also benefit with 0.5% friendship bonus from every purchase made by your friends and their direct friends. The 0.5% friendship bonus, as well as the instant reimbursement, is transferred directly into your personal purchasing account.

According to the amount your friends spend, this can mean several hundred dollars a year for you.

System Commission
The  system  commission  is  calculated  according  to  the  “binary  system”.  Binary means  that  behind  every  point  two  (2)  further  points  are  set  up.  This  is  called “above  and  below”.  Furthermore,  for  you  as  a  Member  an  Account  for  all  your positions (“Positions”) is established (“Position Account”) with your purchases and from  your  Down  Payments  (see  Clause  15  in  the  General  Business  Terms)  you earn Positions which are allocated to your personal settlement system (“Settlement System”)in accordance with this principle. You can decide in which free space you want to place your new Positions.
Establishing the (Remaining Rebate) Margin for the Position Account
With every purchase a “margin” is created for the Member‘s Position Account. This is the Rebate which, in accordance with the Trade Margin Code (“TMC”), remains for  the  settlement  of  accounts  within  the  Lyoness  Shopping  Community  after deduction  of  the  Instant  Reimbursement  and  the  Direct  and  Indirect  Friendship Bonus (the “Remaining Rebates”). Each LYONESS Retailer has a TMC allotted to them. The TMC is a letter which stands for the trade margin in the system. The TMC can also be viewed on the LYONESS website in the internal Member zone under Infos & Services/Downloads. If the total margin offered by the specific LYONESS Retailer  is  3%,  an  Instant  Reimbursement  of  1%  is  paid  out.  If  the  total  margin offered by the specific LYONESS Retailer is 4% or more, an Instant Reimbursement of 2% is paid out.
Position in the Settlement System
By making various different purchases with LYONESS you collect varying amounts in your Personal Position Account, due to Remaining Rebates. As soon as you have accumulated US$ 75.00 in your Position Account through purchases, a Position is  created.  As  soon  as  another  US$  75.00  has  accumulated  in  your  Position Account,  the  next  Position  is  created.  For  example:  you  buy  clothing  valued  at US$ 300.00. The total discount from this LYONESS Retailer is 8% (TMC H). You receive  2%  Instant  Reimbursement  into  your  Reimbursement  Account,  0.5%  of your purchasing total is booked to the Reimbursement Accounts of your respective Direct and Indirect recommenders, and the remaining 5% is booked to your Position Account. This means that US$ 15.00 is booked to your personal Position Account.
