"The Basic 10 things you need to do constantly in order to have consistent success with YTB!" Today, we want to discuss with the Team The Basic 10 things you need to do constantly in order to have consistent success with YTB and here they are:
1) ROADMAP OR BLUEPRINT: Make a names list as I am sure you have done this before from an invitation list to a birthday or even your names list for folks you want to share YTB with...Put EVERYONE you know on this list...You want to add/remove folks from your list everyday...With the new year coming make a new list for 2008...
2) GET BUSINESS CARDS: You should have business cards for any business...You can either print them yourself or have them them ordered...I had 5,000 front & back business cards with high gloss made for $80 which is also a tax deduction...Your Sponsor or PowerTeam Leader can direct you where to purchase your business cards...You want to try to hand out 3 per day which if you add this up throughout the year it will give you 1,095 contacts throughout the year...When you hand someone a business card ask for their business card...Then you have their contact information...I hand out cards like candy and sometimes folks have the sweet tooth to ask me more about the business.
3) SUCCESS FROM HOME MAGAZINE: They call it SUCCESS for a reason...If you have not read or purchased a magazine yet then please do so...You can purchase these at Barnes and Nobles or through your back office...If you want a $6K guarantee then subscribe to the auto shipment...
4) TRAVEL PARTIES: Try to have, host, attend 3 per week...Even if you don't have any guests at least make it out there to support others and learn about your business...Remember that you can invest in yourself without making money and this is one of the ways to do so...Just plug into the events in your area...
5) COACH'S CALL EVERY SATURDAY & OTHER CONFERENCE CALLS: Please take the time which is only 30 minutes every Saturday to listen to our Founder the COACH as he discusses things about our Company and provides the motivation and inspiration to all of us...The number for the COACHs call which starts at NOON is 641-594-7505...I recommend getting on the call about ten minutes in advance...The other conference calls are found within your back office on the left side where it says conference calls...Take advantage of this information that is passed along through these calls which are also achieved...
6) ATTEND AS MUCH TRAINING AND COMPANY EVENTS AS POSSIBLE: Attend Opportunity Meetings and CRTAs as often as possible even if you have already been to CRTA...You always learn something new each time you hear about the business...
7) 3 WAY CALLS: Most of us have done these and I am always looking for folks that need validation from either myself or our upline directors...This is one of the backbones to the marketing side of YTB and you will hear that all leaders continue to use validation with their prospects from their upline...
8) REVIEWING YOUR DREAMS AND GOALS: Ask yourself what you want in 2008 for yourself and your family and their families and generations to come? Take a serious look at 2007 and what you wish you could change about it...What do you want to leave in 2007 and not bring with you into a new year? Discuss this with your family and once you know what your dreams and goals are then put them in front of you...Take a look at them every morning and every evening...Tell yourself and others what is going to happen to you in 2008.
9) ATTEND YTB'S RED CARPET EVENT: The schedule for this has not been released yet, but once it is schedule a time to visit the YTB Headquarters...Bring guests as well and let them kick the tires on our company...This is a great recruiting tool and lets others meet our leaders and see that we have 336 home office employees which is more than most retail stores in your area...This event just like the NATIONAL CONVENTION will truly open your eyes...FOREVER
10) ALWAYS BE A STUDENT OF THE BUSINESS: Always remain COACHABLE regardless of your success level and maintain an incredible work ethic...These two things alone will carry you and your organization to great things...
