I guess there is no getting around it. Magnetic, Schmagnetic! Give em Cash, they'll join you!
At least that is what I and my team have found out.
I am in YTB, the travel company and I just finished the first month in which I made 2, $1,000 Leadership Bonuses!
I am not ashamed to say that it is directly attributable to the fact that I Bribed many of my recruits and their recruits with money, cash! We signed up a total of 12 new travel agents in the last 6 weeks!
Now, before you think I am some kind of a sleazy low life, let me say that this money came from a very reputable source, the US Government, in fact, the IRS.
I am also a Personal Financial Coach. I simply took the pedestrian facts that everyone knows, you get tax breaks when you operate a home based business and turned that knowledge into the Ultimate Recruiting and business building weapon!
You know, like those Kung Fu movies where the bully is tormenting the old man sitting under the Linden tree, reading his prayer book. All of a sudden, the old guy jumps up like a jack in the box, takes that book, whirls it around his head at a dizzying speed a few times, turning it into a lethal weapon and kicks the bully's ass with it! Then he resumes reading under the tree.
