The Anatomy Of A Hugely Successful Team (Success Does = Who You Associate With)

Hi, it's Brenda. I just had to post this today! I received an email from a new member of our team who was blown away at the support he is given from us. I will share it in a little bit. It made me feel really good about our team and it just goes to show that the old saying really is true:

“Your success is determined by what you read and who you associate with!”

Boy can I relate to that saying! For years I tried to make money at home. The biggest obstacle was the fact that I could not get training! PERIOD! Even when they promised if I signed up with a particular company, still no training, no help. So since there was never anyone there, my success was determined “who” I associated with right? There was NOBODY so I got NOTHING, lol. See how true that is? I am so sure that a lot of you out there can relate.

From the very moment I joined my company in August of 2007, my success started coming to me fast. It was WHO I was associating with and reading. And that was A LOT OF THE RIGHT PEOPLE along with THE RIGHT BUSINESS and the RIGHT TRAINING.

It's not just the team I am with, it is also sites like this wonderful Magnetic Sponsoring site. Again, it's what you read and who you associate with.

Well, the very moment I joined my company, I happened to join with the Leadership Team through my sponsor Mary Ellen. When she showed me our private training area which also contained live chat with other members, audio files, training schedules, and people giving each other ideas and encouragement, I could not believe it. Actual people who may not be directly in someones line, helping and teaching.

It’s a combination: Leadership conference/training/chat room where we all go and:

*Share ideas and methods
*Learn how to take incoming calls from infomercials (it’s very easy, we use scripts)
*Ask questions about anything that we need help with.

24 Hours a day, 7 days a week! Now that is support!

The beautiful thing about our team is no matter who you signed up with, you get help from all of us. Everyone from beginners to old pros are all on an even playing field, and we all are finding the right support, the right encouragement, and success. It does not matter where you are starting from, your background, nothing matters here but ALL of our successes. We cheer for the brand new person, never having a home business before, who received their very first check within 2 weeks. We cheer for the old pro who has just won the car bonus for all of his hard work (yep, I am talking about the founder of our team, if it was not for him, we would not be having success either so we cheer for him). It makes no difference on our team who your sponsor is if you did indeed join through our Leadership team. We pitch in! Our motto is “Discover, Learn, and Teach”.

I think it’s very important for people to know that they will NOT be alone in business. This heartwarming email I got says it all about our team!

I have a new team member that just joined last Saturday. He has been marketing for years, but he is really blown away by our team as you will see. You will actually meet him should you join us. I was up all night making flyers, drop cards, and tear strip flyers for him. Another girl on our team was doing it for him too, lol, I had to see if I could beat her in making what my team member needed (all in good fun of course). Anyway, He was in the zone (which is our training conference room I told you about) and a Q and A call at the same time last night. He sent me this email. I want you to see WHY our team is one of the highest earning teams with our company, and it’s for this very reason right here. Here is what he wrote to me (I will take out names for privacy and respect):

“Brenda, I just heard from **** that she makes fliers for people that want them. ****, the narrator I think, said he places fliers in grocery stores and then **** said she makes fliers. Could you check and see if I can get any ads to place in the neighborhood newspapers or fliers I would appreciate that. There was this woman on the call that stated she was not to computer savy and there was a person that asked her where she was from and it just happened that she lived closed to her. Then she volunteered to help her one on one. Where else but this company, can you get people to step up. What a team! “

So you see how it is here.

No matter what company you are with, you MUST be with an active, helpful group of people otherwise, you are going to have a very tough time. If you really like your company and your product, you must associate with people like Mike Dillard and the fine people here on this site.
