Renegade Professional with Marisa Hererra on Blog Talk Radio

This is the May 16, 2009 segment of "Kevin and the Giant Peach" on Blog Talk Radio.  This week, my guest was Marisa Hererra.

Marisa grew up in Mexico, moved to San Diego, CA in the early '80's and now lives in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.  Marisa is a lover of animals and nature and works for the Canadian government in wildlife - however, she is stuck in a administerial job and would like to get out and onto working directly with nature. 

Marisa's experience with network marketing includes a brief time selling NSA water filters in Mexico.  If it weren't for her friends and family, she would have lost money in that venture.  Luckily she jumped ship before she did lose money.  In 2004, she attended a business presentation for USANA.  It made sense to her so she joined only to find that they continued to train in the old mlm / network marketing ways of recruiting.  After year of pestering her friends and family and getting nowhere, she dropped out.

Early this year, she stumbled across Ann Sieg's "7-Great Lies of Network Marketing" and the "Renegade Network Marketer" ebooks.  Ann's stories of her experience with network marketing resonated with Marisa as did the attraction marketing model Ann now teaches. 

Marisa is now a student of "Renegade Professional" and the "Renegade Breakthrough Mentoring Program" and is looking for a network company in which to apply these methods.  Listen to the show to hear Marisa's story in her own words.
