It can go either way.

This definitely hit one key points for becoming valued in the social media world. But he always said you can recover if you mess up in the beginning. Don't let this stop you from promoting what you do. Lay down sales are nice and will lead to stronger customer relations
but why are you using social media in the first place? Is it part of your marketing strategy?
