I am a self made millionaire in the brick and mortar world, i was a contractor for a nationwide fiber optic company and man was that some crazy times, they were litteraly throwing money at us contractors to get the jobs done yesterday and that was some amazing learning experiences'....

But after 9-11-01 and the tech bust, well, we all know what happend to that industry....  

Now after struggling for a few years with an over the road trucking company that was eating my $ and all of my time, I ventured into realestate and have been a landlord for the last 3 and a half years....

Whooo weeee, now all i can say is that im glad ive found this industry and im looking to xcell here as i have done in my other ventures!!!
