I am a happy creative traveler currently living in the Philippines with my lovely wife and daughter. 
Originally from Canada, my life changed forever in 2004 when I met my wife Mabel. 

After a little over 2 years being apart while we started our businesses in 2007, we were finally able to set up the nest and our office here in Alaminos.
 
As a born entrepreneur I started creating things to sell when I was 8, or maybe earlier, but I can't really remember that far back… and set up office in my aunts bathroom. Strange… I'll agree there. 

But life had it's own twists and obstacles so I had to put in a good 15+ years getting frustrated enough as a worker bee in the collective, before I decided to make a major change in my life and finally gain my freedom from the J-O-B . 

Thankfully in 2004 I was able to quit my job as a manager of a Footlocker shoe store and realize my dream to work for myself. This was in large part due to the venture capital funding by my brother. He was kind enough to let me live in his home, eat his food and be a 3rd wheel for almost 2 years. 

Now I have two roles, one as the Managing Director for my wife's company, Virtual Wonders Web Solutions, which develops totally unique, fun and effective business tools for Shaklee Distributors. 

And the other as a Network Marketer and business coach to help others enjoy the same or greater 
success in the industry that has provided my family an excellent lifestyle for over 30 years. 

In fact I love what I do so much that it can be hard to pull my eyes away from the time sucking vortex called the computer when I'm doing my research or working on a project! 

Luckily it's also the very tool I've used to create an amazing life here in the tropics. 

My mom calls me gadget guy, so I have to admit I do love cool technology that makes life easier.
