Dear Fellow Magnetic Sponsoring Member,

After the sudden death of my 53 year old brother-in-law recently, I have often found myself in deep personal reflection. During these moments of pondering I began a journey; a journey of discovery. While reviewing my own life experiences I started discovering all that I had learned and gained from each one I had gone through. The more I pondered, the more I uncovered principles that before then I had taken for granted and hadn’t recognized the powerful impact each had on my life. I began to see all my most painful or difficult experiences, including the death of my father when I was 9 years old and the death of my own 2 year old son, as “building blocks” to my character not “stumbling blocks” preventing me from growing and achieving. My thinking began to change.

As a result of this change of thinking I spent the past 5 months writing a book entitled, "Discover The Power Within."  I have always safeguarded many of my experiences and considered them too personal to share with more than some of my family members and a select group of others. However, during this time of personal reflection, I realized how my life had been forever changed by others and their willingness to share their experiences and life with me. I also was consumed with an uncomfortable and daunting feeling that the true value of my experiences would go with me to my grave unless I would be willing to share them with others. Thus, began my journey.
