If the person stays 60 or more days they give you fifty dollar incentive, but whom really stays in fast food for more than two months? Be honset! When I started my employment this store was ranked 37th overall. After putting in 40+ hours a week and assisting the team in achieving two of the most prestigious awards in the industry. (Fastest Drive-thru and Friendliest Drive-thru) Along with the fact our customers thought we gave perfect service 73-82%, with these numbers we led southern Minnesota in customer satisfaction. This success came from being trainable, teamwork, and the will to succeed. Getting all that success came with a price, headaches, small pay checks, and lack quality time with my family. Now I am working on a social media system that you won't have to pay for and network marketing show to teach, train, and motivate all marketers to help raise the success rate.
