I needed to control my own future.  And if you are anything like me... you are probably doing the same thing- taking control.

Through the years, I learned that Corporate America can be very disappointing.  That is why I am very passionate in telling others like you and me that, "You can control your own financial future."

Relax...I'm not here to sign you up in any programs.

I just want to give POWER to those talented employees who realize that Corporate America is not going to give you POWER.  (I'll tell you more about the POWER thing in my blog..)

But first, let me tell you a little about myself....

WELLLLL.... I am a wife and a very successful business woman.  I am a Kingdom Ambassador and a fitness trainer.

I grew up in a small town in Maryland near the beach.  Im a student of life and I LOVE to learn.  I keep 2 personal business coaches in my cellphone at all times for mentorship and biblical wisdom.

I've been married for 4 years.  My husband and I meet in NYC in 2003 while I was in college in Philly.  My husband is very talented handsome guy... and a freakin genius!  He's helped me grow as a person...I do love this man.

I was taught that if you go to school, be an A student- that I could get a good job and be able to climb the corporate ladder with a lot of hard work and skill.  Over the years I realized that it is a hard ball political game to make it to the top of a company.  I also realized that companies are no longer loyal to people.  Everyone is dispensible.

Needless to say, that is a very uneasy feeling to know that you can be dismissed at anytime despite your loyalty and hard work.

I wanted POWER to change my circumstances so that I could GO, BE and DO anything that I wanted.

 Translated:  No Boss; No 5:45am Alarms; No 1 Hour commute in heavy traffic; No more 60 hour work weeks!

I wanted to go to Europe with no time line or budget restraints.  I wanted to have children and raise them myself-no daycare!  I wanted to sleep in with my Husband on a weekday.  I wanted to go to the Beach while 98% of the population was at work. 

That's what I wanted and I was going to get it...no matter what.

I realized that I had to do something to quietly replace my corporate salary.

I didn't want a traditional business, like the type that I helped my parents run- due to the amount of time it takes to get it off the ground.  So I got started in MLM.

I learned some very valuable skills from my mentors Dani Johnson, Tom Challan and Dr. Lavonne Atnip.  They helped me with increasing my people/relationship skills and my prospecting/closing skills.  But I did realize that due to my schedule, I didn't have the time to do the outbound dials needed to accomplish my goal.

Now don't get me wrong... old school MLM works like a charm and it does take a specific Skill Set (which is very rewarding) that I was fortunate enough to learn from the very best in the industry.... BUT I needed my time to be leveraged.  So I turned to the Internet- determined to learn Internet Marketing and implement a system that wasn't old and rusted out- like the one that we are taught to use in traditional MLM.

While I have experienced much success during my career, I learned from my mentors the importance of MARKETING.

It is vitally important to become a MASTER MARKETER.

This is another skill set that is going to take time, dedication and money.  Everyone has to pay their dues to gain the skill set. There is NO WAY around it.  If you think otherwise... stop reading now and keep working your corporate job and PRAY that you don't get laid off.

I have personally spent Thousands of Dollars on Personal Development and Marketing Training.  My husband and I specialize in PPC and CPA.  We are gaining very fast ground on becoming Web 2.0 Marketing Experts.

We continually plug into training to keep growing mentally and spiritually.  If you ever stop learning- you're dead in the water.  The internet and society in general is constantly changing...keep up with it.

ABSOLUTELY!!

It has changed our lives so much that we can't recognize our lives when compared to 2 years ago.  The results have been incredible!

I now have more time with my husband and I get to sleep in with him.  I sleep better at night knowing that our solution has secured our future.  No more waking up at night worrying about how we are going to pay the bills!

We also have the assurance that no matter what the Economy does, we will be financially secure because we possess the skill sets that will make us money in any market.  I never thought that success was so simple and could be attained by anyone who has desire.
