What brought me to networking and marketing on the internet is an account  that even I have a hard time believing. On February 18, 2010 I will be 58 years old.

In 1995 I was 42 years old, I was working on a fish farm making pretty good money for the area I was living in. My wife of 25 years came down with kidney cancer and died the day after Christmas in 1995. We had four children, two boys and two girls. The only child that was not out on their own was our youngest daughter, and she was 16 years old.

I had two nervous break-downs and had to spend six months in the Veterans Hospital in Maine. The doctors at the V.A. said I would have to spend the rest of my life in a Veterans Home but thank God that did not happen. I did, however, live the next thirteen years in what I call a world of my own.

I was out of the hospital and back in my mobile home with my daughter but taking fifty seven pills a day it's a wonder how I knew my own name. Anti-depressants, anti psychotics, pain pills, mood changers, pills to go to sleep, pills to wake up, you name it and I was on it.

I would drive myself to the store to get groceries so my daughter could eat and when I would come out of the store I could not find my car. The clerks would have to find my car for me. Not only that but the medication I was on made me shake really bad so when I went
to pay for what I bought, the clerks had to fill in my check and I would sign with an X because of the way I was shaking.

In 2003 my V.A. Councelor talked to me about Vocational Rehabilitation. I signed up, not really expecting any help. But, to my suprise Voc. Rehab. through the V.A. bought me some to get me back out in the community, talking to folks and just readjusting to being out in the public eye, so to speak. They bought me a guitar, amplifier, microphones, 16 track digital recorder. I started going to church and recording our Pastor's Sermons, I am playing guitar and singing in the Praise and Worship Services. The other thing that Voc. Rehab. bought me was a home desk top computer.

I have  college degree in Business Management but compiters have come along  way since I was in college. I knew nothing about point and click. I wanted to program what I had to do. I used the computer for teaching some students how to play the guitar but that was about it.

In 2005 I remarried to a woman that was going to the same church I am attending. I am serving God as best I can. My wife and I run the community food pantry from our church.

What has all this got to do with internet marketing? I am glad you asked because, since I have been off all medications since 2006, I feel like I can do something useful and I want to keep my mind busy. I strated looking at the internet for things to maybe make a second income. I can't work outside but I can make as much money on the internet as I want. I found a lot of things in the learning process that didn't work, like
a lot of other people but I am also involved in a program that is building my lists, getting me up front commissions, back end sales and residual income. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you Lord and thank you V.A. I feel like I am back.
