Others will tell you, I'm a highly respected mentor, speaker, and results coach both inside and outside the direct marketing profession.

I've devoted the last 28 years to studying the clues left by successful people who changed the course of history by leading with focus, passion and a servant's heart. The clues I fine are transformed in the strategic principles I pass on in my training, writings and speaking to this generation of catalyst leaders.

Fifteen of these 28 years were invested with the same company A.L. Williams(Primerica Financial Services.) In 1996 I left PFS to take a top field position with World Marketing Allianc (WMA) to help build their second wave of leaders, where I rose to the top 10% of income earners.

IN 2000 WMA was sold and I relocated my family to the Beaches of the Emerald Coast of Florida where I went to work with the world's largest Support, Training and Lead Generation Company to the network marketing profession.
