My Story:: WWII had a considerable impact upon my education. By the time I was 12 years old I had been to 7 schools! – mainly due to evacuation from the London area at various stages to escape the bombing by the Nazis. Left school at 15 – mechanical engineering apprenticeship in workshops and drawing office. 9 years evening classes, 3 evenings per week – interrupted by 2years of National Service in the UK Army. Returned to my original company for 2 years as a draughtsman. Left and joined a large British Company – qualified as a Professional Chartered Engineer – involved in a range of engineering projects – then mainly in the design, construction and operation of on/offshore pipelines for transporting crude oil and gas on a worldwide basis. A superb career of 30 years. Continued as a Consultant in the same field for several years. Following early retirement what was I then to do? “Out of the blue”, so to speak, I received an invitation to enter Network Marketing and I joined a telecommunications company as a distributor. That Company provided some training but mainly in its products. For several years I struggled to build a sizeable customer base and a small Team. Being convinced of the merits of Network Marketing as a Home Based Business, I had a thirst for more insight. Then, thorough a series of events via the Internet, I joined my primary MLM Company, Vitamark International. I had found a group of people only too willing to help each other. This is a Company that I find to truly meet the demands of the Five Criteria that its associated Training Group proclaims to be essential for assessing any MLM company.
