Najah Janeen Green born, “Janeen Franklin” was raised in South Central Los Angeles, California. As a child she developed an appreciation for hard work because that is what she saw her parents and grandparents doing on a daily basis, but Najah knew there had to be a smarter way than leaving home when the sun came up, and returning home when the sun went down in order to provide for the family. It was also during those early years that she became intrigued by the luxurious lifestyles and cars driven by people that she saw on television during her grandmother obsession with the popular soap opera “One Life To Live”. Her curiosity lead her to inquire about exactly what it would take for her to live a luxurious lifestyle. Her eyes would remain wide open in search for the answers. She graduated from Washington Prep High School in Los Angeles California, and studied Criminal Justice Administration@ Bethune-Cookman College. Later she received her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Rochville University. As a single parent of 2 she worked for the State of California realizing quickly that a J.O.B (Just Over Broke) was keeping her and her children one step from homelessness. She knew that living pay check to pay check would never get her the lifestyle she wanted for herself and her children. Najah decided to change her destiny and took a leave of absence to start her own business. She was a successful businesswoman meeting challenges and adversity at every turn due to some business decisions. Through it all she never gave up, and never gave in. It is at this time her birth name Janeen was changed to her middle name and she petitioned the court to become “Najah” which means SUCCESSFUL. Adversity seemed to give her motivation and fuel to be the best she could be. Her slogan “When life throws bricks at you, use them to build a strong foundation for your mansion”. In 2001 Najah founded a Non-Profit organization called Family Knots Express where she began advocating for women in prison and for children with incarcerated parents. Najah decided that she wanted to move on to Real Estate because she knew that financially if she could not help herself she couldn’t help anyone. Life in real estate was good until 2006 when her world came crashing down with the fall of the Real Estate Market. Ultimately losing 23 houses including the one she lived in. One month after her house had foreclosed a long time friend Veteran in Network Marketer Omar Rushdan asked her if she “kept her options open when it came to making additional income.” That day would become the turning point that changed her life and the life of her family forever. It was the day that Najah Green was introduced to the industry of Relationship Marketing. Utilizing the same tenacious work ethics she learned as a child, she sought out guidance and began receiving mentorship from some of the industry’s most successful and respected veterans. She personally challenged her own capabilities by placing herself on a rigorous course of personal development. With her innate gift of leadership; Najah began building her business in Relationship Marketing vowing never to look back at her past financial challenges and shortly thereafter purchased her home back from the bank. Najah is currently apart of the Legacy Network; an organization for which she is one of the Founding members founded on the principles of Faith, Family, and Prosperity and with the vision of presenting premier relationship marketing opportunities to the world.
