I've devoted the last 28 years to studying the clues left by successful people who changed the course of history by leading with focus, passion and a servant's heart. The clues I fine are transformed in the strategic principles I  pass on in my training, writings and speaking to this generation of catalyst leaders. 

Fifteen of these 28 years were invested with the same company A.L. Williams (Primerica Financial Services.) In 1996 I left PFS to take a top field position with World Marketing Alliance (WMA) to help build their second wave of leaders, where I rose to the top 10% of income earners.

IN 2000 WMA was sold and I relocated my family to the Beaches of the Emerald Coast of Florida where I quickly assumed the role of Exec. V.P. of ProSTEP, Inc., the world's largest Support, Training and Lead Generation Company to the network marketing profession. And where BetterNetwork.com leaders and trainers like, Todd Falcone, Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser built the foundation to their careers in network marketing.

I led the company's growth through strategic vision and implementation of several new lines of services, including customized T.V., Radio and online lead co-ops, predictive dialing, upgrades to the ProSEND Autoresponder system, and the launch of the ProSTEP real-time lead capture page system.

I worked side-by-side Kevin Lehmann (Founder of ProSTEP) as his protégé and helped create the macro-marketing system that acted as the catalyst for ProSTEP, Inc. to become the largest and most successful marketing agency) simultaneously on T.V., Radio, the Internet and Direct Mail) to the network marketing profession between 2002 - 2004. 

This success opened the door to the current run of network marketing/home-based business infomercials, T.V. commercials, radio campaign, and Internet marketing systems we see today.

I am also known for implementing advanced training in marketng strategies, copywriting, leadership development, personal team building and most of all strategic partnerships, which ultimately resulted in ProSTEP growing from $5 million in annual revenue to $150 million in revenue supporting 55,000 distributors in 300+ different direct marketing companies.
