HELP
Hi Ferny and Ray,
I've just listened to your SEO Networker video series and am in website/google/SEO confusionland
I'm not new to NWM, just the on-line versions and to social networking, HOWEVER, I am more than willing to learn everything I need to post a successful dynamic website that Google loves to promote.
I've got great hands and am good at holding them out to and for help... or to begin. i"ve gotten Mike Dillards stuff and sent for Ann Sieg's stuff and watched and read all the 7 great lies...and the SBI! marketing material and my eyes are crossing and my brain's fried..
I love to write, have lots of articles that have been published on health and nutrition and want to promote my Zrii...MLM on the net. I"m just not sure where the heck to go from here. I'm not even sure, at this point where here is!
Can you help, please? Thanks, Ricki
Your Solution
Hi Ricki,
I think you need to take care of a few basics first. It's great that you love to write. That will give you a huge advantage over everyone else.
The first thing you need to decide is what you are going to promote first -- your MLM's product or the opportunity itself? Can't do both together.
Let's assume you are going to promote your MLM product, therefore you'll probably want to create a website related to health and nutrition. Brand yourself as a health expert. This website should be a blog, since you can use wordpress to easily set one up.
So you have your social media profiles, focused on health & nutrition, you have your blog where you post great content about your expertise. I wouldn't recommend you promote anything quite yet. Just good content.
Then on your blog, you have an optin box on the side bar, offering a free report/bootcamp/videoseries/etc. related to help issues related to your product (don't mention the product yet).
Then when someone submits their name and email, they receive a series of videos or newsletters where you help them solve their health problems. Ideally, you want your newsletters to stand on their own, give people ideas or tips they could implement even if they never bought your Zrii product.
But you position Zrii as a quicker, easier or faster way towards getting the results you are offering in your newsletter series.
For example, if someone is in need of more vitamin B12 because they are raw vegans, then you can tell them about a few veggies that could help or they can take your juice and have all the B12 they need without having to eat meat.
So your newsletters offer a solution that stands on it's own, then you position the product as a faster or enhanced way of getting the result.
So everything is setup. Now you want your website to get traffic to you can have people go to your blog and signup.
That's where things like SEO, PPC and Social Media come in. But while you are setting up your blog, you need to know about SEO to setup the blog according to our recommendations. This way, you ensure that the content on your blog shows up on the search engines.
But you will need to make an investment in courses or materials, which walk you through everything I just talked about step by step.
So if you want to know about setting up an optin form, autoresponder, email newsletters and sales letters, then MLM Traffic Formula is the way to go.
If you want to learn how to setup a blog, SEO & Social Media, then SEO Networker program will suit you well.
Here's another article I wrote, which will help shed some light: http://www.betternetworker.com/articles/view/lead-generation-for-mlm-pro...
I hope this helped!

Thanks Ferny
Thanks for the good advice. Living in a little town with a mortgage and next to no income for a couple months tends to make a person a bit crazy. You've given me a good place to begin, I'll do the Wordpress blog and follow your suggestions. since i am a health expert, that's a no-brainer (almost) and will proceed from there. May have to go slow on the investments, but will checkout all the articles you and Ray have written, and the videos. Thanks. Ricki
This video will not play in Firefox...
Hi!
First, thanks for posting the video. I am unable to view it because it give me an error message: Your browser is not able to display this multimedia content.
I have the latest version of Firefox and it plays all sorts of files including those annoying .ogg files. What do you suggest? Internet Explorer crashes my latop every time I use it. I really dislike Microsoft so much that I don't use any of their applications. I use openoffice.org for everything and it is so much better that anything MS has developed!
I would love to see your video!
Thanks,

SEO made easy
Ok, now I am more comfortable about setting up a blog and what it takes to get a good ranking in the search engines. Right now my blog Alexa ranking is very low (in the high millions) so am racking my brains trying to figure out how to get it to a decent number. Yes Wordpress is more preferable than other blog sites.
I did get to see the video!
I saw all 8 of them. I have been in the internet sector since it became commercialized in 1994. I know how to meta tag, site map, segment and produce both quantitative and qualitative analysis. I just love great work, and you guys do deliver that!
